Plain-Language Privacy

I built AMSNow to help associations use AI without guessing, and that starts with how we treat your information. We collect only what we need to run the assessment, deliver AI Assist, and keep in touch — nothing more. We don’t sell your data, and we say exactly what it’s used for in the sections below. AI Assist and Third-Party AI Tools

AI Assist provides a library of prompts designed to be used with third-party AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and HubSpot. When you copy a prompt and use it within one of these tools, any information you enter is processed by that platform under its own privacy policy and terms, not ours. AMSNow does not have access to, and does not collect or store, what you type into ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, HubSpot, or any other third-party tool. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any AI platform before entering sensitive or confidential information.

Data Retention

We retain the personal information described in this policy for as long as needed to provide our Services and for a reasonable period afterward to respond to inquiries, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, contact us at hello@amsnow.io and we’ll remove it, except where we’re required to retain it by law.
